Beetles and Birds

As I sat a tiny beetle flew around and landed on my arm. I watched as it struggled and fumbled across the landscape of my pale hair. It seemed lost and confused and I wondered where it was going. I looked at the pale tile and thought there was nowhere for it to go, for it was out of context there, a beetle in a bathroom has no meaning. I tipped my arm and it fell, then flew. Somehow it connected with this video, which I was so excited to find, thanks to A Fanciful Twist. I love Sigur Ros, and I am looking forward to Jonsi’s solo album. So it’s beetles and birds today, and now I need to get some real work done.
