I know one of the rules of blogging is not to say sorry about not posting, but really, I don’t care about the rules and I am sad that it’s been so long.
Still there’s been good reasons:
- I’ve been so completely busy working that there’s been no time for anything
- Everything I’ve been working on has been for christmas presents either for me or custom orders.
Still there’s been things I wanted to share and haven’t had time to share.
Homemade fruitcake stuffed full of walnuts, pecans, cherries, and candied orange peel, soaked in vanilla infused brandy. Yum.
I’ve been making cookies too, and I made a wreath of cedar from my yard, old millenary balls and vintage ornaments. My earth mother statue is wrapped up for the winter in a vintage crepe de chine hanky, all ready for the cold weather. The stockings are hung, presents are soon to be wrapped and life is pretty good.
