Teresa is a “crooked” mystic, a trauma therapist, integrative healing provider, yoga & meditation teacher, is an adjunct professor at FAU, and equine-facilitated care practitioner.  She is also the Clinical Director of an integrative and experiential therapy outpatient program for those recovering from issues of trauma and addiction at RECO Intensive in Delray Beach, Florida. She believes we can all find healing and help others heal by sharing the deepest parts of our souls & our selves.

Teresa is author of an educational memoir titled Mending Broken: A Personal Journey Through the Stages of Trauma + Recovery and is currently working on a second book project on religious hurt and spiritual injury [working title] under the umbrella of “Sacred Wounds”. The latter title will be available through Chalice Press in 2015.

She is co-creator and facilitator of SEEKERS Dinner Church Sunday nights at St Paul’s Episcopal Church in Delray Beach and  co-curator of Emerging Voices with Holly Roach, along with additional leadership support from Anthony Smith and Steve Knight.
